Connection issues Elko smart Wi-Fi thermostat

Unable to connect Elko smart WiFi thermostat. It connect to Elko Smart, Home and google home without any issues.

As you can check in the Homey App Store for the Homey ELKO Smart App, the app only supports Zigbee and no WiFi devices:
