Change neo coolcam Parameter 2: On/Off Duration via a raw command

Hi,

Can someone help me get started?

I would like to switch off the lights in the hallway very quick during the night.

I’d like to do that by changing, Parameter 2: On/Off Duration of the neo coolcam
Via a raw command.
Is this possible? What should be the raw command? Does this work on a battery device ?

No, this is not possible because all battery-powered devices must be woken up manually to receive the command.

Can I send the command at the moment the device wakes up
This way I could safe the battery life…
