Change icon of timeline notifications?

The timeline green notification icons. Is it possible to change this at all?

No.
However, if you happen to like red icons, install Simple Log, and use its “Add to the timeline” cards

Yeah thought probably not.

Having the notification icon changed to what the notification is would be ideal.
