Can't save settings in Zone Control or Everything Presence

I’m thinking this is not a Homey problem but it’s the only way I have be able to produce this issue.

Using the Chrome browser:

In both the apps just pick a device like a Zone controller. Bring up it’s settings and press the Save button. The cursor jumps to some field that has a valid value (within the limits and not outlined in red). Nothing I do will save any changes.

Same thing for Everything Presence. Bring up the settings for an EP1, press save and cursor jumps to a field with a valid value. It will not save the settings.

I have rebooted, cleared browsing data, cache, etc. Tried developers tools but did’t see an error (I’m not fluent in developer tools so I may not have looked in the right place).

The Edge browser does the same thing.

I am able to save changes to EP1 using my iPhone.

Update: When I press the Save button in the settings dialog for these apps and the cursor jumps to an input field instead of saving, if I use the mouse wheel to change the value up or down and then press Save it will actually save the changes and dismiss the dialog box.
