Can't connect to tuya no matching app user information

Hi,

Ive downloaded the official tuya app on Homey and I am trying to connect. But when I try to login after the redirect, I get the following error:

No matching app user information. Please re enter or switch to regional version.

Ive tried to make a whole new account for tuya, but that also does not work. I also tried to reinstall the app om homey

Anyone encountered this before?

Nothing to add other than: i have the same issue. Also tried with a new Tuya account to be sure, no success. In the [App][Tuya] part of the forum there was another user with the same issue. So i assume this is something systematic?
