Can't connect my Philips Hue Bloom to Homey Pro

Since I don’t have any Philips Hue bridge I try to connect my Philips Bloom via this app: Philips Hue without the bridge version V2.1.0.
But Homey is not finding anything.

What can I do to get this working?

Have you tried asking in the official topics for [APP][Pro] Philips Hue Zigbee (Without the bridge)

As far as I can see it supports Zigbee, so it should be able to connect to Homey as generic Zigbee sevice. However if it has been connected to a Hue bridge, the Bloom needs a reset to disconnect any bridge.
