I have added the Panasonic Comfort Cloud app and then given same credentials as to the comfort cloud Android app.
But when I try to add it under devices I only get device can’t be found.
Any tips where I can start to search for the issue?
Same issue. Conditioner is added to Comfort Cloud app, but when trying to add it to Homey app it says No New Devices Found. I provided the same credentials in the app settings as it says in the instructions.
@Dmytro_Brokhin I never figured out how to get it to work with this app. So I went for this alternative app instead. Requires manual installation and this app works well for me.
