Cannot enable local API on Homey Dongle

When trying to enable the local API on my Homey dongle (using this method), I always get an error message “Energy dongle is not connected”. However, the dongle is clearly connected, as I am receiving sensor readings without any issues. Everything else appears to be working fine, so I’m not sure what’s causing this problem.

I’ve attempted to enable the API while standing right next to the device with Bluetooth enabled on my smartphone, but that didn’t help. I also tried enabling it through the web interface on my PC, but encountered the same issue. I’ve disconnected and reconnected the dongle from both the P1 port and the power supply, but that didn’t resolve the issue either.

Does anyone have an idea what might be going wrong?

Do you use Homey Cloud or Homey Pro?

Homey cloud.

Are you still getting live measurements? If you aren’t, there might be something wrong with the network/internet connection of your Homey Energy Dongle. If you are still getting measurements, you should contact Athom since it looks like a bug in Homey Cloud

Yes, I am getting live measurements. I’ll contact Athom, thanks for your help!
