Two months ago, I connected my energy dongle to the Homey Pro Early 2023. This worked fine until the end of this week. Suddenly, the energy tab indicated that no data could be displayed, and the dongle’s light was constantly red.
I just tried plugging the dongle back into the P1 port, but to no effect. Restarting the Homey Pro also did not help. I finally decided to remove the dongle as a device, but since the light remains red, I can no longer add it back to my Homey Pro…
Does anyone have a solution?

Ah ok. You indicated that you removed the dongle from the P1-port. Did your also remove the power from the dongle?
Also, is the LED solid red or breathing red? In case of the latter, this Knowlede Base article states that the dongle is not connected to your WiFi anymore.
Thanks again! Yes, I also tried removing it from the power supply. I even tried a other charging block, no results.
It is solid res. When I plug it back in to powe i flashes white for like 2-3 seconds and then it gets back to solid red again…
Maybe a reset helps (see these instructions), but you need to setup the dongle again/connect it to your WiFi.
Otherwise you may want to reach out to Athom for support, via Support | Homey.
