I can’t add Dyson Robo Vacuums. I have one 360 Eye and two 360 Vis Nav.
When I log in the Dyson account in Homey is says “No new devices have been found”
Not sure if this is helpful for you, but here’s a workaround based on the fact that Dyson 360 Vis Nav does support Google Assistant/Home. → First connect your Vis Nav to Google Home, then in Homey create a virtual on/off-switch, then connect Homey to Google Home via the settings menu in the Homey app. Now in Google Home, you’ll have the virtual switch as well as the Nav Vis itself.
Now, create a script in Google Home that starts the Vis Nav’s default cleaning routine. And one that stops the Vis Nav and returns it to its dock. Both with the Virtual Switch as trigger (one triggered by ‘on’ and the other by ‘off’. With this you’ll be able to control your Vis Nav from Homey ny just turning on or off the virtual switch. (TIP: In the Google Home-turn-off script, include 2 triggers: the virtual switch and the device itself, and add an action to set the virtual switch back to off in Homey.) I’ve been using this for a while now, works like a charm. Also for my other robot vaccum, which is a Dreame one for which there is also no compatible Homey-app.
Homey Team any plans to introduce the current shipping Dyson 360 Vis Nav device to enhance the in-house developed Dyson Homey app?
