Can’t add Dyson Robo Vacuums 360 Eye and 360 Vis Nav

I can’t add Dyson Robo Vacuums. I have one 360 Eye and two 360 Vis Nav.
When I log in the Dyson account in Homey is says “No new devices have been found”
