Aqara mini switch (2018) paired, but not exposed to homekit via homelkitty

Thanks to Wim_Post I have probably find a workaround, but it’s not completely satisfying.

I Understand @robertklep statement about the lacking capability in the device capability list. I also understand @TedTolboom statement that the device is working in Homey and his idea that there is no homekit translation for the capabilities of the switch.

And yet it was working in with homebridge. The mini switch was exposed to Homekit and had 3 properties: pressed one / twice / long.

I think that there must be a viable solution in Homey and that it would be very beneficial to many Homekit users who also have aqara devices.

The question is: What or Who do we need to get this fixed?

Workarounds are available, so I don’t necessarily see that anything needs to be fixed.

It may not work exactly the same as your previous solution, but this is just how Homey works.
