Could you indicate where to get that scale value and then indicate it in the device settings?

Thank you

I found the measured value in de “status“ of the device specification after pairing the plug with my laptop plugged in. You’ll want to use an online JSON formatter if you actually want to be able to read it though :squinting_face_with_tongue:

In the “status“ part I found “cur_voltage“, if it shows 0 you will want to plug something in that actually uses electricity and pair the plug again. The value there was scaled 1/10 with what the Tuya app showed. Selecting this in the settings of the device made the values in Homey and Tuya the same. I assume you can find the other scaling settings the same way.

This is what my settings look like in the web app, with the device specifications at the bottom.

I have the Tuya2 App in Homey connect to the devices (ceiling fans) and they turn on/off fine. Changing the Fan speed doesn’t work in Homey but works fine in the Tuya Smart Life Mobile App.

The issue looks to be one of the Fan needs values from 1 to 6, but the Homey App is trying to send percentages from 0 to 100 instead - which obviously fail.

I’m a Homey Developer, so having forked the App and will investigate and provide better details eventually, but wanted to ask if much has been looked into this re Fans that needs values like level 1 through level 6 vs just % fan speed ??

Just want to say “Thanks” to the support. My thermostats shows now the right values. Fast response to my mail - fast implementation in the app.

Applause!!!

I can’t find the model number. Please help me.

Do you mean the device in the picture? These are generic devices, just look for “Tuya CO2 detector“ on AliExpress, you’ll probably find it there.

Just paste the image into the AliExpress image search.

Hello,

I’m sorry to bother you here, but about a month ago I had an email exchange to try to understand why my Tuya WiFi Energy Meter (Product ID: wcihaluccfsoayqa) is not working.

I provided all the information requested to Bob, and I was told that the device would be added/included.

I would just like to mention that I currently have a Home Assistant instance running solely for this device, as unfortunately it is my main power meter.

I would like to know whether it is possible to integrate it. If it is not possible, I will accept that, but I would really appreciate a clear confirmation.

Thank you very much for your time and support.

Kind regards,
Luca

This is not an official support channel, use the support link in the App Store page :

Yes, I understand, and I apologize for that. I have already contacted the team through the link provided on the App Store page; in fact, as mentioned in my previous message, I apologized in advance for writing here and was hoping you might be able to help.

In any case, thank you very much for your kind reply.

Kind regards,
Luca

Does this mean that I won’t be able to see device status directly in Homey? Like humidity etc.

i had the same with a tuya sensor, but the data was avilible. i made a flow to send i to a virtial device to represent the data.

There’s no variables available for the device when I create a logic variable flow, so it doesn’t seem to be there.

Isn’t there a chart from the device you conected to the tuya app with a JSON description? Just search on the forum how to use that, that is how i did it

Do you mind sharing how to find this chart? Nothing in the Tuya app, as far as I can see.

The Homey developer tools show the available settings and capabilities for your device. If what you want is there you can use it with an ‘other’ Tuya device.

I have a tuya 4 plug with usb powerstrip connected to my homey 2023 using this tuya app.
when i turn on one of the sockets, tuya turns it off a seconded later. and if I turn off one of the sockets, tuya turns it on a few seconds later
