[APP][Pro] Wireless Weather Sensors - Reads data from several brands of wireless weather sensors

The device can be out of reach for Homey. My Homey is placed near the back of my house and reads the sensor in the back garden without any problem. The sensor in the front garden however is, too far away…

I have the same problem

Today I saw something I have never seen before. One of my temp/hygro sensors has been acting up lately, sending notifications for low battery and battery OK now and then. So I thought that I might as well change the batteries to see if that fixes the issue.

After including the sensor in Homey again I wanted to check if everything seemed to work as it should. This sensor type is the one that gives two devices when including, where one is with battery indication and with the temperature 40° off. So I pulled up both devices in Insight and noticed that they mirror each other. When the temperature changes one goes up and the other one goes down.

This is the same sensor in Insight, with the same ID (137 in this case). The top one is showing correct temperature…the bottom one is crazy. It should be a constant 40° off…but it is not constant, it moves opposite of the “true” temperature value.

Has anyone had this same issue? If so…what has happened and can it be fixed?

All my other sensors work as they always have. One device that show correct temperature and a twin that is 40° off. If I pull both into Insight they follow each other perfectly.

Hello,

I have recently purchased and installed a Homey Pro 2026, where I would like to reuse Telldus 433 MHz thermometers.

I have installed the Wireless Weather Sensors community app but fail to configure it, both in the mobile app (Android) and in computer app on Windows 11 with several different browsers.

When I select and save one or several protocols in the configuration dialog, the configuration is gone next time I open the menu.

I wonder if someone knows what the problem might be.

Thanks & Regards

Hi,

We are some users with the same problem, about repair function with error.

When the device get a new unique code (changing batteries), we can’t change the unique code on homey. Repair function get and error (unknown error getting file)

How is it possible to change unique code of device on homey?

Thanks!

Hello!

I have a Pro2019 and I tried today to download the app and to add an auriol temp/humidity sensor. But regardless what I do I can’t even get a Hits nor an Ok in the protocol selection view. Any ideas what I do wrong?

It looks like the app has been abandoned and is not working anymore, or at least no new devices register. My sensor (Auriol) broke some time ago and finally I got to replacing it. It’s the same model as the one that used to work before but now Homey won’t pick it up.
