Receiving group messages is no more working. I can send to single person or group without issues, but its not detecting when new group messages arrives.

@Michael_Fritzsche try to repair the device that most of the time solves all issues

already did it… but gave it another try. Does not work. Sending messages works, but receiving group chats is not detected at all.

Can you send a diagnostic report and also share your flow

How to share a flow? Anyway… even a simple flow with WhatsApp - Receive Message will not run when receiving a message. Sending is still no problem…

It worked for months now and stopped working out of the blue

@Michael_Fritzsche the flow trigger seems to work perfectly when I check the logs.

Something must be wrong. Even when i send a push notification on WhatsApp receive message, i get nothing. When i test the push, all works fine. My flow which depends on receive message worked fine and now its impossible to get it running again… the receive message my be triggered, but its not forwarding the event to proceed

But the affected flow does’nt work at all… i inserted some debug push messages which never arrive, although i get the push messages of the 2 other flows:

@Michael_Fritzsche if the first 2 work but the last doesn’t then it’s a configuration issue and not a app issue.

this flow was working for months and broke out of the blue. Now not even the received message is recognized. How can a flow break? I added a push notification on every step, after it stopped working. If i start it manually (test) all works fine… i also replaced the starting event … the whole flow seems not to be fired at all… i created a ticket at atom now.
