Sorry I wasn’t very responsive but everything is oK now. Thank you for your help.
Might be an obvious question, but have you linked 4 devices to the account that doesnt work? Whatsapp has a maximum of 4 linked devices, you’ll have to unlink one before you can add another
I know
Benoit

@Bjorn_Schalks I tried to reproduce the crashing app you described.
I send 50 messages to myself every 10 seconds for 2 minutes long and the memory did increase a bit but not enough to crash the app.
After that I did the same for a groups app where both my numbers live, so read and write request came to Homey, a bit more memory but still no issues.
Can you explain a bit more about your setup?
- do you have multiple numbers setup?
- groups app or single user?
- if answer to 1 and 2 is both yes, do you send messages to the group where both numbers are in?
- what kind of messages do you send? Short texts or big messages with images.
- etc etc

-
do you have multiple numbers setup? No 1
-
groups app or single user? Groups App
-
if answer to 1 and 2 is both yes, do you send messages to the group where both numbers are in? NVT
-
what kind of messages do you send? Short texts or big messages with images. Short, some with image.
-
etc etc

Flowchecker generates a lot of messages, because a variable (whatsApp Grouplink) isn’t short available.
@martijnpoppen Hi, I haven’t quite mastered all the nuances yet and I’m running into a small problem… I can send messages to a WhatsApp group without any issues, but I can’t seem to send a message to an individual recipient. I enter the phone number into the Homey “Then” card, but the recipient can’t read the message; instead, there’s just a WhatsApp message saying “Waiting for this message. This may take a while.” The message seems to go through, but it’s unusable because the recipient can’t read it. Thanks for your help, Benoit
@Bjorn_Schalks thanks,
I’ll try to stress test a bit more but until now I seems you are the only one facing this issue with the test version

Too bad for me, then.
hello
i have the same issue. FlowChecher has raised an alert about WhatsApp card. Copilot has answered me WhatsApp has closed all non official API automatisation. this can explain why WhatsApp device is blocked. Are you aware about the policy change by Méta ?
@Gilles_Warot this app can’t be closed by whatsapp as it mimics a whatsapp web interface:
Please explain your issue as the issue you are referring to is about app crashes and not about blocked devices…
I have te same problem… Whatsapp disconnected the app, and I can get a new code… but this doesn’t work. Version 1.39.2

“Cannot pair device” I am getting the same message.

@Gamespel your issue is not clear. You mention that you have “the same” issue. But i have no clue what you’re referring to. Please describe your own issue so i can provide proper support
