Hi Oreste
I’m sorry; I’ve been working on other projects and haven’t attended to my switches—and, more importantly, I haven’t thanked you. My apologies again.
I got back to it this morning and tried to include the BS IV, but I’ve run into two problems. The first is that there are only 4 association channels when there should be 6 (with the first two reserved for the hub)—though you know that better than anyone.
The second issue is that the “Raw Z-Wave Configuration Parameters” line is missing, so I can’t configure other options. I’ve attached screenshots of my switch settings.
Thanks in advance,
Thierry

Sorry for late reply.
It seems that there has been some confusion in previous communications.
Can you tell me if you have BS (Square) Switches or EU (Rectangle) switches?
Here is an image of EU https://apps.homeycdn.net/app/com.vitrum/1/d202686b-317b-4de8-85f9-6d0a9c10856b/drivers/vitrum_6_sat_eu/assets/images/large.png
Here is an image of BS https://apps.homeycdn.net/app/com.vitrum.v3/44/4b727373-d638-4931-9dfb-f5cf17d358f1/drivers/vitrum-4-onoff-bs/assets/images/large.png
Anyway, IV means 4 (buttons) in roman numbers, VI means 6 (buttons) in roman numbers
I need to know if you have BS (square) or EU (rectangle) and how many buttons (you said six!, so it’s VI, not IV as previously stated)
Let me know and i’ll update te id in the app.
Hi Oreste
Sorry for teh confusion
I have an issue with 2 switches
All the screenshot come from a BS IV
For the EU VI, I need to include it to send you all the information you need
Thank
Thierry
please install this test version and tell me if something is fixed
looking forward to your feedback
Hello Oreste,
Unfortunately, this doesn’t work for the BS IV: I only have 4 association groups instead of 6 (with the first two reserved for the hub). Normally, the groups corresponding to the first button are groups 3 through 6, yet I only have 4.
Another issue: I don’t have the option to configure the switch via a specific “Z-Wave Raw Configuration Parameters” field.
Sorry, and thank you.

Sorry
Another issue. When I want to put off the buzzer, I have this message : failed_to_set_buzzer_to_false_size_1
thanks

Thierry,
Be sure to install version 4.0.5 i just published (check your app version and ensure that it is 4.0.5) and please try back again.
You should see 6 associations group now.
Please try to remove and add the device again if you don’t see them .
Let me know!
Hi Oreste
Unfortunately, the same problems. There are only 4 groups, when I try to turn the buzzer off, I get the same error, and I still don’t have the field to configure the switch.
I’m really sorry.

Have you deleted and reinstalled the devices?
Can you make a short video of the inclusion process?
Yes. I tried to delete and reinstall the switch
But there’s something strange. The switch is different from the other 35. Even the reset process is different—and especially the buttons and the antenna; everything is different.
