thank you for the quick response. Unfortunately, I am still getting the same error: “Could not get device by id.” (Version 512) I have also completely removed the BSEED 4 Gang Button Switch (TS0726/_TZ3002_pzao9ls1) and added it again, but without success. Same behavior.
What still confuses me is that the device is shown as battery-powered, even though it is connected directly to the mains. Or is that irrelevant?

Hi Dylan Good Day, I’m on Ver.: 5.5.522 now and all of a sudden the light’s switched on during a sunny day 
I checked my HOBEIAN ZG-204ZV Multisensor and I’ve seen a huge drop in the History Graph on all of them except the Temperature that’s staying where it was.

The Luminance and Battery came back to normal values after a short time but the Humidity only after restarting the app the Humidity reading came back. See next screenshots.

I have also bought some TS0203 Contact sensors, pairing is ok, but then on the device istelf in homey, both alarm stays to No even when the magnet is not there. I dont’t know how to solve this issue. As soon as the magnet is detected or no more deteted, the led blink on the sensor once, but nothing happen on homey. here is the interview result :

Well, It does the same thing. In the intervju it is labeled as a water sensor. So honestly I don’t have any idea, but maybe just a difference name wise.
