I had both apps installed… neither my presence sensor nor humidity or siren are yet supported. But no crashes. BIG question: How will Homey decide during pairing which app to use if, in the best case, two apps support the device? @dlnraja Any idea how this will work?

try disabling one of the two apps for the test. maybe that will help?

You can choose the app you want to install with. Just not just choose zigbee, but select the desired app.
