Hello,

Thanks for the service, I tried both settings but unfortunately the Revo supercd is not recognized.
I have a fixed IP address for the radio and the pin is 1234.

That’s a shame.

There’s only one more thing I can think of:
An UNDOK (or OKTIV) Radio is capable to handle only 1 communication session at a time. The moment another device initiates a session, the current session is terminated. If you have the UNDOK app open on your phone while trying to set up (or use) the Homey app, this will lead to unstable use of both. Whoever talks last with the radio, has the comms. Make sure no other device is communicating with the radio when pairing/using the Homey app.

Hi,

It still works by manually entering IP and PIN.:slightly_smiling_face:
The first time I tried VPN and it didn’t work.
Now that I’m home and manually input, he sees the radio immediately.
Automatic entry still fails.
Everything works, thanks for the support.
