Thanks for the service, I tried both settings but unfortunately the Revo supercd is not recognized.
I have a fixed IP address for the radio and the pin is 1234.
That’s a shame.
There’s only one more thing I can think of:
An UNDOK (or OKTIV) Radio is capable to handle only 1 communication session at a time. The moment another device initiates a session, the current session is terminated. If you have the UNDOK app open on your phone while trying to set up (or use) the Homey app, this will lead to unstable use of both. Whoever talks last with the radio, has the comms. Make sure no other device is communicating with the radio when pairing/using the Homey app.

It still works by manually entering IP and PIN.
The first time I tried VPN and it didn’t work.
Now that I’m home and manually input, he sees the radio immediately.
Automatic entry still fails.

I have a Noxon A571CD which can be controlled with the Undok app on my mobile. After installing the app in Homey and adding the radio, the Undok app on my mobile informs that the device no longer can be controlled since it is taken by another user. Removing the radio from the Homey app is the solutiion. But I guess this is not the intention…

I experience the same behavior at home with my two Kenwood radio’s.
When polling interval in the Homey app is set to 15 seconds, your mobile phone app becomes more or less useless indeed. You can chose to increase the interval to 60 seconds for example. It gives your mobile phone more time in between Homey polls. I’m sorry to say that this is what it is. The way comms sessions are setup is something out of my hands.
One more thing: If Homey sends a command to the radio, it is done immediately. So if you have a flow turning off the radio every second, your mobile phone app becomes unusable. Even if you increased the polling interval to 60 seconds.
