I already did. But for obviously good reason there was no response from the developer. And because maybe it good lost and i see that he is again active with this app i tried to get it again under the attention. :wink:

Hi All, can you please help how I can find the test version? The link in the first post with /test redirects to the official build (v0.2.76).
My issue is with a _TZ3000_ja5osu5g button that is supported in the test version. I manage to add it to my Homey but button presses are not recognized when used in a flow. I also tried the Universal Tuya Zigbee app (interestingly here the stable version gives 404 and only the test version link is working) - this app recognizes my device as a 4 button version instead and still doesn’t work.

The test version has been promoted to Live recently, so there is no test version currently.

Thanks for the very fast answer! Is there any way to troubleshoot what my issue with this device might be? Can I collect traces somehow? As I see Github is used for device requests and this device should already be supported.

Thanks Peter, I mentioned above that I have tested Dylan’s app and it recognizes this product incorrectly (4 button device instead of 1 button device) and I have not managed to get any result with button presses. I might raise this issue in his forum if no success here, not sure which one to prefer. Thanks again!

Hi yes I know but you have to be patience because it’s all very complicated to find solutions for all the different devices manufactured by lots of different supplier’s they are all uniek.
So if you can contribute and give them all the data when something needs to be sorted the whole community will be great full.

This app suddenly starts to crash. Restarting, reinstalling, nothing helps. Out of the blue.
Anyone any idea??

I have added the Fingerbot plus via tuya zigbee homey app, but all the extended settings do not seem to work. I need the fingerbot to push and hold for 2 seconds before realeasing again, but not matter what I enter it keeps only the Standard motion of a Quick push and release.

Has anyone been able to solve this problem?

What do you mean with “crash”? I don’t get any notification… And everything seems to run well

Do you also have the new Universal Zigbee app installed on your Homey? Seems like they fight for Zigbee devices when they’re installed at the same time. This wasn’t a problem till a few days ago. And it’s quite difficult to get this one working correctly after removing the new one, including devices.

You can also disable 1 of the apps before pairing, then it will pair with the other, enabled app. So before pairing, you need to disable the app that you don’t want it to pair with, and then enable it again after pairing.

Ah, ok… In my case there is no crash. Then again, I am using my own version of the app.

I don’t have the Universal Zigbee app installed anymore. I had it for a while, but especially now that Johan has picked up development of this one again, I am more relying on this one.

Seems that isn’t sufficient. I had to remove the devices, the app, reboot my Homey and only then I could install the previously installed, but not working anymore, device. The explanation of the developer is that both apps, when installed, are “fighting” for the devices.

When I installed the device, it wasn’t recognized by the Universal Zigbee App, despite choosing the correct type of device. Homey suggested another Zigbee app and another type of device. The device works fine with all of its capabilities.

I’m having doubts about what to do: re-installing Johan’s app, as he’s back working on it and it used to work good, or using the Universal Zigbee app as its concept is great.

Any update on this? Currently everything is nice up and running. However, I think there are still way too many messages going back and forth between Homey and the Tuya Zigbee devices. (I cannot say “all the Zigbee!” because it is only concerning the Tuya Zigbee devices.

If that is investigated and fixed somewhere I can install a new version. Otherwise, I will stick to my current one.

I think everyone will have this who has Tuya Zigbee devices, right?
