I have new HS220 Dimmer switch. It is added to the Kasa app (Android). I tried the official Kasa app but it would not find the switch so I tried this. It connects as long as I use the IP address (I set the switch to Static IP). But when I try to control it I get the “Connect ECONREFUSED” error.
