I just figure it out… or something…
I reset the Deco to factory settings and now i can login thru the app…
The new problem is that the app only find the router as device… nothing else

I have the similar reboot flow card error, for a BE65 and X50.
I have found the missing code, my mistake . I just had not have the time to put it in and test. Comming soon
I test it on the x60 but after a few hours there is no update anymore
Since I started using the TP-Link Deco Homey app and installed my X60 Decos, my network has been very unstable. It becomes unreachable for about 5 minutes. I changed the refresh time to 30 seconds; previously, it was set to 10 seconds. Hopefully, it will remain stable now.
X60 is a powerful unit; what is the CPU load? I had a similar problem way before I developed his Homey app. I reinstalled all decos, and the problem went away.
Hi!
After the update i tested presence.
Its working fine when i leave home then i get a message.
But when I’m home i get a offline and online message every minute.
Is this something i do fail or can adjust ?
My device is connected with the same deco so its not changing between decos.
Thanks for a reply and all the time and effort you put in the app !
Thanks. Could you share your flow so could test the setup
A screenshot or what do you mean ?
Yes a screenshot
Hi
Could you see something on my flow?
Hope i did everything correct.
Hi, I am having some issues on PX50 routers… Probably after last update I lost all data in UI
Hi, I am new to the communtiy and the Homey environment. So far, a very positive experience coming from Fibaro HC3. So hello and thank you in advance for your help.
I installed the application and it looks wonderful. Great job. Everything worked as explained. However, I am having some issues with my Deco M5 devices. I have 4 at home. They are all properly recognized and the app retrieves data from them but, download/upload speeds and connected clients do not retrieve data and are not updated.
Any guidance on this. I reviewed all the messages and saw some problems with M5’s but nos this one.
Find a screenshot of my master device (It has 25 clients connected according to the TpLink portal).
Thanks for your help.
re-install and re-add devices helped…
Great to hear!
Hello Mathias,
FYI,
This morning I deleted all my deco devices from Homey and deinstalled your app.
After re-installing the app and re-adding my devices my master shows all the cliënts but my slaves don’t show any cliënts.
I use 3 M9 deco’s (1 master) and two M5 deco’s.
Thanks for your effort.
Hi, recently the app has been crashing quite often. I’m using it on three Deco PX-50 devices, and it crashes multiple times during the day (mostly at night). However, the devices appear to be available, but they don’t display any data. When I open the app details, it shows that the app has crashed.
It’s also strange that I have a flow set up to restart the app, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Could you take a look at this?
Hi, thanks for using the app. Can you send me a diagnostic log so I can see why it’s coaching in your Homey?
