Seriously (sorry), the space is added by YOUR frontend to make the timestamp easier to read. Internally, the official timeformat is used. Just like on millions of other computers worldwide—and if that doesn’t work, the Internet grinds to a halt.
Regarding your other question:
There’s an excellent tool for analysis called Grafana. You can use it to perform all kinds of analyses, and it also automatically displays the timestamp in the format of your choice.
