Ok, but since the foscam app grabs the image and i can send that via the push notification (similar as Juka showed), why doesn’t Telegram take the same image?
And where does it find the old one?
(mine is a couple of weeks old).
Maybe caching if the URL has not changed?
Telegram is caching the image with the same file name. Either change the filename to “” or generate a random one.

I am using native Homey camera images. The camera does not have a ‘trigger’, so there is no image token from the trigger card. And there is no option to refresh anything from a flow.
When opening the camera device tile it automatically fetches a new image. When I send the image via other apps, the image is also correctly refreshed. And it used to do that with Telegram Bot, but that has stopped working with the last app update.
Thank you for this tip, I think you just saved me a massive amount of debugging…
For the users who are not using their own bot, but the main one… is the problem fixed now?
If so I will release an update for the Telegram bot app to fix it for people with selfmade bots.

I just solved it for people using the general bot.
For people using their own bot, the solution will be available soon.

Thx, this version (1.2.0) didn’t change anything for me.
Using your own custom bot? Or het general one?
I think custom so I have to wait for the next update.
After update to 1.2.0 it is working again for me. Many thx @Jorden for fixing it 
It actually started working an hour before the app was updated, so I guess Im using the general bot.

Is it me or does the new 1.2.1 version not work at all anymore with images (own bot)?
Same here no images at all anymore 
I will revert back to the previous version as an update. No time to investigate and extensively test at the moment, I am going on a vacation for 2 weeks. Will investigate after when I find the time.
For now: If you need updated images, don’t use the “own bot” setting.
