[APP][Pro] SONOFF Zigbee

Hi again @Klim.
Can you trigger it to report by blowing air into it? (I can, it reacts quite fast for me).
If you set Interval to default and set the setting for “Change” in Humitiy or Temperature to a low number (eg 1), does it report more often?

When i blowing air into it, value changes in a seconds.
I set Interval to default and set the setting for “Change” in Humitiy to 1, getting updates very often.

OK, thanks @Klim . So it’s only the time interval that have issues. I’ll dig into it.

Hello

When I install the app the homey alarm:
An unkown error has occured [incompatible_app_version]
Do you know why?

Thank u

The test version of the app only works on the experimental v5 firmware for Homey.

Ok sorry I’m oversight :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi all.
I will release a 4.2 version of the app with support only for the Cord Switch Basic ZBR3 and the Smart Switch ZBMINI / 01MINIZB.

Edited: There are now both a firmware 4.2 and a 5 version available.

Hi Johan!

I bought the SNZB-03 but it says unknown device.

V5 firmware

Can you help me?

Thanks!

Hi @MichiMess, please add the device as generic Zigbee and interview it. I need that info to be able to add new devices. https://developer.athom.com/tools/zigbee

Hi @MichiMess / @Nicolas_LABLAINE. Thanks for the requests, I have added the units to my todo list.

Hi.

I was very thrilled when I saw your app in the store and instantly bought a Cord Switch - Basic ZBR3. I have tried to connect it using your app but the switch is not being detected. I have also tried to connect it as a generic zigbee device with the same result.

I’m running version 0.0.8 of your app and I have tried to reset the switch several times.

Do you have any suggestions to solve this?

Thanks,

Hi @Henrik_Muldgaard, if you are unable to add the device as a generic Zigbee device the problem is not in the app but a generic Homey issue.

First, make sure you have routers among the first 20 paired devices, if you have 20 end device (typical battery devices) and no router (grid connected) your device will not be able to be added.

If this is not an issue, try restarting Homey by pulling the plug on it for at least 11 minutes (yes… 11 minutes) and then start your Homey again, but wait a good 5 minutes before trying to pair the device again.

If this does not work try changing your power adaptor to a new one with at least 2.4A.

If still you are unable to pair your device please turn to Athom for support.

Hi @Nicolas_LABLAINE, hmm… I’m a bit confused about this device… it’s a white label Tuya unit and should do better in my Tuya app… on the other hand it’s manufacturer name is eWeLink… but when I look at Itead’s website they have no such product… I’ll have to crack that nut before adding the unit. No problems doing so, just wanna make clear where to add it.

Indeed. If I can’t add a Zigbee device, I need to restart Homey. Then it works again.

I have also tried to restart the Homey several times but without luck. And aswritten earlier I have also tried to reset the switch several times. I wonder if it is defective.

Is it correct that I don’t need a Sonoff bridge but should be able to connect the switch directly to the Homey?

How many Zigbee devices do you already have connected to Homey directly?

I have approximately 35 zigbee devices and it’s a Homey Pro I have.
