Edwin_Biemond and Phil_Bro, thanks for your replies!
With a simpel flow yesterday I all ready set ‘the active power limit’ to 0% for a few minutes (and back to 100%), but the SolarEdge-inverter did not make any click-sounds then.
As I experience it, the ‘pinball-machine’ sounds have to do with the switching on (and off) of the inverter depending on how much sunlight is on the solarpanels. When it is clouded (like yesterdayevening) the inverter switches off and on for a hour.
I was hoping to tackle this with the app (and a flow), but I guess it has to been done with hardware.
One option I can think of, is putting a fingerbot on the DC-switch, which is operated by a schedule. (The schedule for switching off the inverter can also be fed with a minimum amount of output, X minutes before sunset.)
Another option was mentioned on the site: [SolarEdge] Inschakelen op tijd - Duurzame energie en installaties - GoT
Here somebody was thinking of putting a switch between the DC-switch and the board of the inverter, to switch the inverter on-and-off with domotica.
Does anybody know what kind of switch I could use for that purpose, which I can control easily with the homey? It would be nice/easy to disconnect the plug from the board of the inverter and connect it the the switch.
I will try to reach the guy who mentioned the switch. If I learn more, I will post it here.
If somebody has an even better idea, I like to hear it!
By the way: yesterday I also called with the helpdesk of SolarEdge. I asked for somebody with knowledge of domotica, but the Dutch guy said he knew nothing about Homey (or HomeWizard)…
He said he did not know how to tackle this ‘challenge’.
