[smappee-logo] App Store Page: Smappee | Homey Current test version: 1.4.0 Description Smappee is an award-winning global cleantech company that aims to save its customers energy and money by reducing energy consumption and improving energy efficiency. Smappee’s future-proof energy management system, Smappee Infinity, uses state-of-the-art technology to analyse the real-time use of electricity, solar power, gas and water. Instructions You need API credentials to use this app. You can obtain these credentials by contacting support@smappee.com. Limitations Supported devices Currently, not all devices are (fully) supported. If you have a device request, or missing something in the current implementations, please contact me via PM. Keep in mind, I do need your login credentials to test. Donations I enjoy creating apps for Homey and try to support them as best as I can. If you enjoy using my apps a donation in return for the time I put into this is much appreciated. FAQ Why is my power negative? When this is the case, your device is giving back more power than it uses. This is usually the case when the solar power is more than the power you are currently using. Credits A big shout out to @Willem_Jan_Bakker for providing me access to his Smappee account, and fixed development API credentials! Thank you! :sunglasses:

[image] Tim_Dumez: Is there a way to get that properly out of it? To my experience, the “smappee solar energymeter” integration is fragmented at best. The app developer is not to blame for this. I changed myself for a Fronius eco system. [image]

Hi, I’m getting this error when trying to re-add a device: [image] Any ideas? Created a diagnostic report: 1979b7fd-51c3-4afa-add6-a639ffe5a57b

Never mind: have un-installed the Smappee app, reinstalled it and added the EV Wall & Genius system again, but when my car is being charged, the EV Wall keeps on showing 0 W for Power consumption while I would have expected it to show the actual value that I can also see in the Smappee app itself. [Screenshot_20260102_132819_Homey] Is this a known issue? Or is there something I can do/check? Thanks in advance!

app versie 1.4.0. blijft crashen sinds vandaag..

Dear I’d like to be able to set the charching mode of the smappee EV wall to Solar. Can this please be added? Thanks

I’m having the exact same thing. My Smappee EV Wall is configured that only my card is white-listed and I’ve set up split billing. Maybe it has something to do with that? Too bad the app hasn’t been updated in 2 years.

Too bad you guys aren’t sending any diagnostic reports, and login after a year and start with “Too bad the app hasn’t been updated in 2 years”. Nothing is stopping you from making a pull request to fix a problem, right?

[image] evdpol: pull request I’m sorry if I offended you. That was not my intention. I just got on here to see if anyone else experienced the same thing. Maybe they already brought it under your attention. The thing is that with community based apps the development sometimes stops once the developer doesn’t want to put in the effort anymore.. And I assumed this was the case because it says that the app wasn’t updated for 2 year. My mistake for assuming and I apologise again. Can you tell me what information you need to look at the problem? (And maybe instruct me on how to do this in GitHub.. I don’t know the platform) I’m happy to help! Thanks!

You could send me your login details so I can take a look. If you don’t want to, then you have to wait until someone does, because unfortunately I do not own a Smappee device myself. I initially build it together with someone else who provided his login credentials. Also mention what setup you have, so which devices you have in Smappee. You can do this via a PM, or via email which I can provide via a PM.

Can you send me your e-mail? I can share the location with you as read only.

Yeah, that is also a problem. I forgot to mention this. When locations are shared with other people, those people don’t have access to the API, so I do need your “master” account, unfortunately.
