Version 2.0 brings a lot of new functionality (new flow cards, a Party QR widget, group volume fixes, much faster search), so before it goes live for everyone I’d love to have as many people as possible testing it.
Hi Chris, thank you for sending feedback. They are showing on my app, so I cannot recreate the issue myself. Could you therefore please tell Lethe music service you are using to which those albums belong? And could you please turn on debug logging in the Homey app, run a diagnostics report. After that, perform a search in the widget again and run another diagnostics report. Thank you for your help!
I’ve integrated my albums with Plex and tested the whole thing again. The covers are displayed in the player but not in the search widget (BDW: podcasts are displayed correctly).
Turns out Music Assistant 2.9 changed how it serves artwork, and the widget was still using the old address. Providers with public image URLs (radio, podcasts) kept working via a fallback, but Plex covers aren’t public, so they came up blank.
Fixed in v2.0.4, now on test:
Mind updating and letting me know if the Plex covers show up? (Bonus: it also squashes a radio-from-flow error along the way.)
