Expected (I guess): the card will trigger the 20 lowest quarters between 20.30 and 23.00 hrs.
Actually: it’s triggering ‘whole day’ (maybe 20.5 is just ignored and only 20 lowest and 23 hrs is considered?). I know there are no 20 quarter intervals between 20.30 and 23.00 hrs (10 only, it is part of the test, as I expected an error when setting), but when I choose 5 cheapest, nothing happens as well.
So, if card is working properly, how to use it correctly?
Today I noticed that this card was triggering from 13:30 hrs, while from 15:30 hrs is expected. It seems the UTC time is used for this card. As far as I know there is no setting to correct (in PbtH) and other PbtH cards (I use), use the local and correct time (Amsterdam → + 2 hrs). If something else is the case, please tell me how to solve…
I’m running into an issue where the app stops updating prices every day (or every other day) around 15:00–16:00.
Up until that point, everything works as expected: I receive a new dynamic price every hour and can also see the upcoming hourly prices. However, once it reaches around 15:00, something seems to break. From that moment on, I only see the current price repeated for the remaining hours of the day.
As a result, my calculations are no longer accurate.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or does anyone know how to fix it?
I’ve recently installed the Homey EMS app by @Kaoh and in that app you can add a Solar Forecast device and I would like to be able to use the PV Monitor device(s) I’ve created for my Growatt Inverters.
I’ve asked Vincent which capabilities are actually looked at, I hope you can tell us which capabilities are actually used by the PV Monitor device.
ill add support for this one
there are no standards in Homey for this type of device (solar forecast) so I need to find them based on popular apps unfortunatly. I did not find this one before (analysed it as tarifs missed it included solar also). But looks promising.
I am now also using this app for my solar predictions, very nice and accurate, impressive. One thing I noticed is heavy on memory usage. Is that a config thing I can change?
I understand and created a fallback using Homey Script for my Homey (it took 10(!) minutes asking ChatGPT to create the Homey Script that fetches the data using the API and get it running).
This doesn’t solve missing data when using PbtH flow cards, but it does for my ‘Energy Report’. Anyway, the data became available in PbtH and Homey Energy yesterday evening, so I’ve to wait to fully test my fallback script+flow.
