[APP][Pro] Power by the Hour: Insights per hour, day, month and year

Prices are fetched once a day, today around 16:00h as you can see:

My guess: just wait until tomorrow 16 - 17:00h

Since exactly midnight the app stopped using any offsets/markups and just returns the raw EPEX prices.

Restarting the app didn’t help. Trying to change the app settings results in a time out. Rest of homey works fine.

Also have some weird data, only some of my prices are filled:

@Gruijter created a diagnostic report if that helps you 16e73ca0-6470-4125-bddf-adde26031fdd

Furthermore the flow card to get the prices for the upcoming hours as JSON returns an error:

That didn’t work

The same here, @CaptainVoni

Further no images and wrong prices.

Very nice app, thanks for making it.

Until yesterday I had the option to see a graph of the electricty price per hour for the next hours. This appears gone.

I restarted the app but did not bring it back. Did update to version 6.6.4 remove the graph? Any way to get this back?

Entso-e are migrating the pricing api. That is causing all the issues everybody is reporting.
I need to investigate to find a fix🙏

Likewise. App stopped working (updating pricing) at midnight.

Oh, and probably related: my iPhone app “Utility Radar” also crashes upon opening. Looks like there’s a problem with the API data coming from the source?

edit-- sorry @Gruijter, missed your message!

Here the same problem. After restarting the app there ate prices for today but incorrect:

I have (for a while now) no more previous day usage (kWh vorige dag). It remains 0 kWh.
I have removed the PBTH device and readded it for the Tibber pulse P1 meter, but same results.
What can be the reason for this behavior?
Anything I can do to get this working?

I would assume it has to do with Daylight Saving time (DST), but I can’t help with a fix sadly.

Then it would be only a problem for last Sunday.

Sadly that I had not saved the JSON file from that day to see how they get around the 2 x 02:00:00 time.

Or they used UT/GMT there.
Then we have to make corrections to the local time.

version 6.6.5 has been published as stable:

  • Fix new ENTSO-E API.
  • Fix EEX Gas API.
  • Fix LEBA gas API.
  • Removed Nordpool API.
    Known issue: forecast not working.

a combination of DST change and the ENTSO-E API being migrated caused the day-ahead pricing issues.
I hope I tackled the most important issues now.

Interesting to see so many people panicking (=reporting issues on the forum, github, email and diagnostics reports) when PBTH isn’t working as expected. I only wished just as many people would donate for using the app when it is working correctly :kissing_heart:

Its one of the most important apps for me. Heating, waterboiler and car charging is controlled by this app. :grimacing: Of course it can be done manually aswell, so its not critical. Would be nice to re-add the Nordpool prices as a backup in the future (i have opened an issue on github).:ok_hand: Keep up the good work and thanks for fixing the update <24h. :star_struck: I can confirm New version works. Will test it further to see if something doesnt work as inteded.

Hoi, ik wil je graag doneren voor deze app, maar heb je niet even een andere betaal mogelijkheid dan PayPall. Bijvoorbeeld via iDeal of een betaalverzoek? Groeten, Gerard Krol.

Thx! Much appreciated
I will send you a DM.

@Gruijter Version 6.6.5 works like a charm for me.
