[APP][PRO] PetKit Smart Devices — Pura Max & YumShare

Hi everyone! 
I’m excited to share my new Homey app for PetKit smart pet devices. If you own a PetKit litter box or feeder and want to integrate it into your Homey smart home — this app is for you.
Supported Devices

Features
Pura Max (Litter Box)
- Litter level, litter weight, waste bin level & status
- Device state (idle, cleaning, cat inside, maintenance, …)
- Cat weight tracking, last visit time, daily usage count
- K3 air spray status (battery, liquid level, spraying state)
- Deodorant & desiccant remaining days
- Error alerts, WiFi signal, online status
- Remote control: start/stop cleaning, odor removal, dump litter, power toggle, light toggle
YumShare (Feeder)
- Food levels for left & right hopper
- Food bowl weight, dispensed amounts per hopper
- Feeding schedule, feed count today, next feed time
- Eating detection (currently eating, eat count, average duration)
- Feeder door status, battery level, camera status
- Remote control: manual feed (left/right hopper), cancel feeding
Flow Cards
- 14 triggers (e.g. waste bin full, litter low, cat used litter box, food level low, pet stopped eating, …)
- 8 conditions (e.g. litter box is clean, feeder has food, bowl has food, …)
- 15 actions (e.g. start cleaning, feed now, odor removal, dump litter, …)
General
- 60-second polling interval for real-time updates
- Full English and German translation
- In-app logs for troubleshooting
Setup
Important: PetKit only allows one active session per account. Using this app will sign you out of the PetKit mobile app.
Recommended approach:
- Create a second PetKit account (e.g. with a different email)
- In the PetKit app, go to Settings → Family Sharing and invite the new account
- Accept the invitation on the second account
- Use the second account’s credentials in this Homey app
This way your main PetKit app stays logged in while Homey uses the secondary account.
App setup:
- Install the app from the Homey App Store
- Go to App Settings → PetKit Smart Devices
- Enter your (secondary) PetKit email, password, and country
- Click Test Connection to verify
- Go to Devices → Add Device → PetKit Smart Devices and pair your devices

Test Version
The app is currently in review. In the meantime, you can install the test version to try it out early:
Note: Test versions may contain bugs and are not officially reviewed by Athom yet. Use at your own risk. Feedback is very welcome — just reply in this thread!
Known Limitations
- This app uses an unofficial PetKit API (reverse-engineered). PetKit may change it at any time, which could temporarily break functionality.
- Only the two devices listed above are supported. I don’t own other PetKit devices, so I can’t test or add them myself.
- Camera live stream is not supported (PetKit uses a proprietary streaming protocol).

This is an independent community project and is not affiliated with PetKit in any way. Your credentials are stored locally on your Homey and are only used to communicate directly with PetKit’s servers. No data is sent to me or any third party.
