[APP][PRO][OFFICIAL] SolarWatt - Powering a better tomorrow

Connect your SOLARWATT vision devices to Homey over your local network (Modbus TCP). No cloud account is needed.

test version: Solarwatt | Homey

Supported devices:

Inverter vision: solar power and yield, inverter output, house consumption, grid values and alarms. You can limit the output power and the feed-in to the grid.

Battery vision: state of charge and health, power, energy, temperatures and alarms. Homey can charge and discharge the battery, and you can set the work mode and SoC limits.

Grid meter connected to the inverter: power per phase, imported and exported energy, voltages.

Charger vision: charging power, energy and phase values. Start and stop charging from Homey.

Requirements: Modbus TCP must be enabled on the devices (ask your installer), and Homey must be on the same network. Give the devices a fixed IP address in your router. They are found automatically; otherwise enter the IP address yourself.

:warning: SOLARWATT Manager: if one is installed, it can take control of the battery and the power limits back from Homey. Homey then shows ‘Control overridden’ and leaves control to the Manager until you change a setting again. To control the battery from Homey, make sure the Manager does not control it (ask your installer).

reserved for future use

Hey, i would like to help and share my account for the Solarwatt if needed.

If any SolarWatt owner is using Fox ESS as cloud service, please help app development here: [APP][Pro&Cloud][Official] Fox ESS - Test accounts needed for development

TEST VERSION IS NOW AVAILABLE:

Note that this is a test version, so expect bugs and breaking changes in the first release.

v1.1.0 is ready for testing:

  • Improved solar and AC vs DC capability mapping
  • Migration improvements
  • Flows no longer run twice
  • Slider ranges are restored reliably after an update

Note that this is a test version, so expect bugs and breaking changes in the first release.
