If anyone is interested, I can share more details. It requires MQTT instance and a place to run simple Python script. Then you can use MQTT Client to both set and get car properties (checked only with Ioniq5 for my needs)
Iâd say Hyundai doesnât really care about its EV users. Every âsolutionâ theyâve offered so far for issues like the 12V battery, ICCU, or Bluelink services basically boils down to: âbuy the new facelift model, itâs fixed thereâ â until you find out a few years later that itâs not.
Error: Pairing failed: @EuropeController.loginEuropeController.login: [400] Bad Request on [POST] https://prd.eu-ccapi.hyundai.com:8080/api/v1/user/signin - {âerrIdâ:â97afe321-990d-47ef-ab5b-d104a5a9b656â,âerrCodeâ:â4003â,âerrMsgâ:âInvalid valuesâ} why is it not connecting?
it works for me and allows me to schedule charging and do all the operations that I needed. There is no âcoolâ interface for everything, but all should work. All should be possible to set via MQTT (just use some MQTT explorer to play with), and then use the MQTT Client in Homey to do some automations.
I canât login anymore. My credentials do work, because if I select another region, then I receive an authentication error. The error I receive now is pairing failed bad request on POST. Error message is invalid values.
I have checked my password by login out and back in with the Bluelink App and have changed my PIN code, but still doesnât work
Everytime I click a github link and see tons of text, no download/install-buttons, I struggle to know what to do next as a non-coder.
Could you ELI5 how(and where) to use the stuff in the link to get Hyundai cardata to/from Homey?
I have now tried several times to generate the data via Home Assistant (Kia Niro). I used a Windows 11 computer and followed the posted instructions strictly.
However, I failed miserably in the implementation. As soon as the script is to be executed, my virus scanner (Bitdefender) immediately kicks in and warns that the script is dangerous.
The same thing happened to me with a Linux computer. Itâs simply too dangerous for me to turn off the virus scanner and try again. Iâm done with this method; try it at your own risk.
I have now given up on following these instructions and hope that an internal solution can be found in Homey so that I can continue to use the data.
@Gruijter Is there a way way we can help and request this with Hyundai / Kia?
When they receive a lot of request, you should think they will work in getting this fixed?
Please let me know where we can request this at Hyundai / Kia.
