[APP][PRO] Nibe MyUplink

Hi, I have recently skipped my premium subscription for Nibe MyUplink as it now should be possible to change target temperature and some other values without having the premium subscription. And when testing directly from MyUplink app (no Homey involved) setting target temperature works.

Here is my problem: From Homey Nibe MyUplink app this does not work. I have tried both Set temperature card and Set Datapoint card.

· Set Temperature card works so far that the new temperature is set in Homey device but not in my heat pump and after a few seconds the Homey device reverts to the previous temperature (updated from the heat pump, I guess).

· Set data point card don’t work at all, gives error “Error in setting datapoint value – undefined”. This was the method I used when I had the premium description, which always worked.

Note 1. The card Set smart home mode still works without premium subscription.

Note 2. There is another Nibe Homey app, https://homey.app/sv-se/app/com.nibe.myuplink/Nibe-v%C3%A4rmepumpar/. Using this app’s Set temperature card works, target temperature is set in the heat pump (now the new temperature is updated back to the wrong Homey app but that is probably because I have both apps installed)

Note 3. The other Nibe Homey app does not have a card for Set smart home mode otherwise I could use that app instead. Using both apps would probably work but it is very confusing.

I think that’s the whole point of having a premium subscription there with Nibe. They call it “myUplink Premium Manage” plan, which basically lets you change and view your heating system settings in real-time for 12 months.

If I got it right, without the Nibe’s Premium Subscription, you are not allowed to manage settings through the Homey App. Another point is a real-time data with Premium/without it, I think myUplink updates settings and operating data in real-time, unlike the previous 5-minute delay, if I understood it right.

Nibe have changed so that you don’t need premium for changing some basic stuff. This should include room temperature and and hot water settings.

For changing room temperature you don’t need the myUplink app, it works with the API. Unfortunately I can’t change hot water settings, neither from myUplink app or API. As I understand, this is only possible for S-series equipment and I have F-series.

So I have paid for premium again.
