Hi! Good question! The functionality seems to be pretty similar the biggest difference is that my app uses oauth2 authentication. The app you linked uses username and password authentication.

It is more flexible. It supports all kinds of MyUplink devices without hard coded assumptions on their data points. It also allows you to choose which data points are interesting for you and use them as capabilities. You can try both apps and see which one is better for your needs. Thanks, Gal

Thanks for clarifying that :slight_smile: You could say that your app is for mor advanced users, since it requires users to know that X parameter corresponds to X value. I’m curious, do you set sensor values at runtime?
