For those looking to add 3 Day Motorized blinds to Homey - the community app “Motionblinds” does the trick. Be aware that you must add your devices and THEN add a key (available in the 3 Day Blinds app by going to “about” and then tapping the screen 5 times).
Once I figured out about adding the key AFTER adding my devices - it works like a charm.
