I suggest restart Homey once an every two weeks or a bit more. It should not be related to Mill app in general.

I still have many restarts unfortunately. I check if the mill app is up, of not do s re-starts. If that happens more than 6 times per day I restart homey. Currently homey restarts more than 2 times per day…
What should I do?
Enter Mill application within Homey Pro settings with config icon, clear account and enter it again.
Top button here:
All of my Mill units went offline and I got some wierd message in the app. Are your mills up, running and connected?
In the mill norway app is where I got the error message.
I have tried resetting etc, no device can come online. Tried different AP’s network and more.
Hi Richard, Mill are having some major issues today. Not sure what is going on , but they have suggested not to touch any of the device until they have resolved the issue.
Either add your devices by using the local integration or just wait for Mill.
Best regards,
Ivelin
Thanks!
Too late as I have factory resetted them
. but hopefully all will be well when Mill are back up.
Mill has posted a fix:
I am experiencing that my homey connection to gen 3 panel ovens goes down if I turn them off. Could be after an hour, or after several hours.
The only resolution is to restart the Mill app to get the connection up and running again.
Running over local api only.

I am experiencing many mill units loosing connection many times per day. I have an automatic check and rest flow of the mill app. That does solve it for a while, but then one of the units looses connection again.
Very unstable unfortunately. Anything I can do? Is it homey zigbee or is it the mill units or the mill app?
Hi Patrick,
Which Mill devices are you having trouble with, ovens gen2 / gen3, sockets, sensors, etc.
Which integration type have have you configured, local or API?
Best regards,
Ivelin
I have Gen 3 Mill electrical air heaters.
Need to check the integration type.
I have two houses in the mill app with mill heaters but I can only find heaters from one house in homey mill app. Is it posible to control heaters from both houses in one homey?
how do i check the integration type?
Hi Patrick,
Check the Settings of the specific Mill heater, if you find a field called “API Versjon” equals to “local”, then you are using Millv2 driver. If not then it is Mill (v1) driver.
Looking forward hearing from you.
Best regards,
Ivelin
Hi Sondre,
Are you using Mill or Millv2 driver? Are the devices in both houses added in the same Mill account?
I believe that there should be no restriction adding devices from multiple location, as long as they are either in the same Mill cloud account or there is IP connectivity between Homey and Mill devices in both houses.
Let me know if this helps.
Best regards,
Ivelin
for all of them i am using the local api version
Hi Patrick,
Ok, Then you need to verify that the units are available on the network.
Check your router (WiFi client status). Are the heaters connected?
Do they get an IP address over DHCP? If yes, try pinging the device for a long time and verify that it is still connected during the periods they are not available in Homey.
In addition, Is the issue specific to the Mill devices? Could it affect other devices too?
Could you check the memory usage in Homey?
Please, collect more insights about the connectivity between Homey and the heaters and verify that Homey has no resources constrains.
Best regards,
Ivelin
Hi Ingve,
Do you still experience the same issue? If yes, could you please verify that the devices are available on the network and Homey has enough available memory.
Best regards,
Ivelin
Thanks for the tips Ivelin. Will tackle them 1 by 1. The high amount of disconnects is specific to the Mill units, but I do have it sometimes for others. I will also try to get them all a fixed IP address to see if that solves it. Will report back when I have more.
thanks
Regarding mill oil heaters. I can’t find the option to adjust power from 600w/900w/1500w which is possible in the official mill app. Is it possible to add this?
