Thank you for your swift reply. I tried to check my account. I don’t see anything mentioned about different account types, like admin or user.
It says private account , and I can invite co hosts.
Not sure where I can check this?

How come there are action cards for start/stop charging when it doesn’t work?
Will it be fixed at some point?
GLB EQ (X244)
Hey @apkanthony
What year is the car from? If you use the Mercedes-Benz Data Explorer Mercedes-Benz Data Explorer. Can you then see the value change?
It’s the brand new 2026 GLB with EQ Technology
Climate functions seems to work but start/stop charging does not.
I get this error when trying to sign in to the MB Explorer:

Within Homey I get this error: Failed to stop charging: Command failed (RIS_VALIDATION_FAILED)
Hey @apkanthony Thank you for trying. Reload the browers and if promoted for login try again. I just deployed a new version of the Mercedes-Benz Data Explorer
Data Explorer works now
What info do you need?
I would like to know if any of the value change when you Start/stop charging? It would be nearly real time
Charging status changes:
| Charger not connected= Charging Status | Unplugged | chargingstatus | 3 |
|---|
| Charger connected= Charging Status | AC charging | chargingstatus | 13 |
|---|
| Charging stopped via app= Charging Status | Not charging | chargingstatus | 8 |
|---|
Bad news. I did some digging around and misused a command I thought was for start/stop, but that function actually doesn’t exist. Read more there but buttomline is I will make the action card as obsolete ![]()

Oh ok. What a bummer. I guess i need to use the MaxSOC to trigger the start/stop charging instead.
Only problem is i get this error when trying to use the "Set maximum charge to xx% for Charge program: Failed to configure max SOC: API Error: Not Found
The integration reports the updated SOC correctly.
Data explorer reports:
| Max Charge Level | 30 % | maxSoc |
30 |
|---|
Maybe it is because the charge program refers to “Default, Home or Work”, but the Data Explorer reports:
| Charge Program | 4 | selectedChargeProgram |
4 |
|---|
Do you have the option to reply on the GitHub issue. Much easier for my to track the bugs
Hi can you please help. I keep getting an error message saying “ No devices found on your account” I have tried restarting app, re-downloading. I have tried different app versions 1.1.18 & also 1.1.19

Are you logged in with the same account as on the Mercedes me mobile app, and are you the user in the admin role for your car?
I’m the admin and I have tried with both while I’m logged in/out of the admin account. I have also tried with the MB account created specifically for homey still no luck. The admin account is failing to find the vehicle while the 2nd account is saying “Failed to retrieve vehicles:
Request failed with status code 404”
Okay. Let me look into it. You did submitted a error report, correct?
@Jonathan_Nyahumbi Hey again. Can we move this conversation over to a private email thread? Please write me an email at ameq@ameq.dk
I can see you have create a GitHub issue . I think my notifications for hubbub is not confirmed properly. Let me have a look at the GitHub issue today
