Hi @Pierre_V thanks again for this app, it’s great! Screenshots work fine but with your suggested RTSP and WEB setting, live view remains black (already on H264). Any idea what NVR setting could cause this?
Hi,
Usually it’s a permissions issue or a codec issue (use H.265). I recently had some problems with the audio and had to remove it from the camera/NVR stream.

camera works perfect But Doorbell button not responding, sorry.

First i had only sound but after fixing caméra bit rate on Hikvision nvr i had also live video

I have a DS-KV6114 doorbell. I was able to load the camera into Homey, I see the live view but i was hoping to trigger on the doorbell-press, but that doesn’t seem to work.
Do you need any information from my side for debugging?

Yes, I haven’t found the solution for that. Someone would need to set up a socket server or listen to the network (with tcpdump for example) to see what’s happening on the network. As things stand, and without the device at my place, I’m a bit stuck. Everything is ready on the Homey app side. We just need to find the message…
