After Chaptcha loads the eufy Security without result. How can I rectify this error?

Captcha is part of Eufyâs login so nothing to change about that

Thank you for your feedback.
The eufy app V4.8.10_1399 is installed on the Apple smartphone.
This is my procedure:
- in Homey Pro 3, I add the Homebase 3 as a new device with Eufy Security.
2 I have selected the Homebase and click on Connect. - then I enter the e-mail address and my password (it is a different account than Homey.
- select EU! and click on Login.
- log in to Captcha required.
- loads for 3 hours without a message.
Hope you can help me.
@Roland_Weiss please send a diagnostic report after you tried again to add the device. This will make sure that itâs in the logs

Can you try to repair your Homebase? Maybe that will fix the issue. Just to try.

It seems itâs a nodeJS issue, so iâm asking Athom for help

can you try the fix above? I hope i can fix this, otherwise snapshot feature will be bricked until eufy is changing itâs encryption
and if itâs not working:
can you send a report after snapshot AND send a report after restart of the app
@martijnpoppen I repaired my homebase and at least snapshot images are sent again to whatsapp but it is only the standard eufy image.
Perhaps this report also contain info on the person detection?
I was recognized by Eufy itself but still a John Doe in Homey.

@Heula itâs a security vulnerability which has been patched in the latest NodeJS version. So probably this wonât work until Eufy is also patching it on their side. Will come back on it
The person recognition is still an open topic/issue. I have to do a debug session for that.
