Eufy Clean - Live Well. Live Smart. Adds support for Eufy Robovac [image][APP][Pro] Eufy Security :warning: App status — please read before posting an issue :warning: Last updated: 23 October 2026 In short: The new Eufy app for Homey, built on the Eufy Mega platform, is almost ready for a beta release :tada:. This app (Eufy Security) stays in maintenance mode until then. Notifications, event images and API calls are still unreliable here, and that’s caused by Eufy’s migration, not something I can fully fix in this app. Progress can be followed here: Eufy Mega Discord :rocket: New app: almost at beta Together with other Eufy developers from the Homebridge and Home Assistant communities, I’ve been building a new Eufy Mega SDK, and the new Homey app built on it is nearly ready for its first beta. What to expect: One Eufy app for Homey, which will eventually replace both Eufy Security and Eufy Clean. It’s built on Eufy’s new Mega platform, so it doesn’t depend on the old APIs that Eufy is switching off. Migration will be needed. Devices will have to be re-added in the new app, so your flows will need updating too. I’ll share a migration guide when the beta goes live. It’s a beta, so expect rough edges. Please only join if you’re OK with testing and reporting issues. I’ll post here as soon as the beta is available, with a link and instructions. No need to ask for an invite in the meantime :folded_hands: :wrench: Current app: maintenance mode Eufy is moving everything to the Mega platform (the 5-in-1 app) and phasing out the older APIs this app was built on. Until the new app takes over: I’ll keep the bare minimum working as long as the old APIs stay alive. No new features will be added here. Fixes for issues caused by Eufy’s migration are mostly out of my hands. :bell: Notifications: hit or miss The app runs a hybrid of Eufy’s old and new systems, so notifications can be unreliable whichever side your account is on. Reliable notifications will come with the new app. Crashes Some users see app crashes. These happen when the Eufy API goes into a loop that this app can’t handle, and we don’t have control over what Eufy is doing there. Failing login Your account may already be on Eufy’s new V6 API, which this app doesn’t support. The migration happens entirely on Eufy’s side: we can’t trigger it, it isn’t tied to updating the app, and we can’t predict when your account moves. If your app stopped working, it’s likely caught between the old system being switched off and the new one not yet being active. The new app is the fix for this. If you’re hitting crashes, notification, image or stream problems, the sections above are almost certainly the cause, so there’s no need to open a new report :folded_hands: Progress on new: [eufy-security1] [eufy-life] [eufy-security2] [eufy-security4] [eufy-security3] [eufy-clean] [image] Eufy Clean | Homey Live Well. I have my robovac set up successfully but it doesn’t seem to expose to HomeKit. I have experiments on. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Any thoughts?

@Elliott_Woolf I don’t think Homey exposes Vacuums to Homekit. But better to ask this to Athom. I don’t control that

Is there anything I can to do help add the eufy s1 pro? I’m an early backer and received mine 2 days ago. Would be awesome to at least start and return it. Would be more awesome if I can make it auto empty on command when no one is home. And turn off auto empty when someone ís home.

@Fabian_Annequin at this moment the S1 is not on the planning. First the app should be capable of supporting a lot of other devices. Eufy recently launched a lot of robovacs which are using a new protocol. Once those are added we can start looking at new devices. but only when it is officialy launched. i’m not supporting kickstarter devices. i rather support fully working devices

New app update (:orange_square: TEST: 2.0.2): :tada: Great news! All new devices have been added to the app (excluding the new kickstarter S1). See supported device list: [APP][Pro] Eufy Clean - #3 by martijnpoppen :rotating_light: When installing the new version when you already had a Robovac connected to Homey. You’ll be asked to repair your device. This is due to changes from the old API to the new one. :warning: Please not that repairing and login take a long time due to all different API’s Changelog: NEW 1. NEW: Add all Eufy Clean devices (except S1) 2. NEW: Cloud connection to new devices 3. BREAK: App rewrite to support all 3 API Types. If you find any issues, send a report via the mobile homey app More - apps - Eufy Home - settings wheel right top - send diagnostic report (put your email in the input field to make it easier)

Hi Martijn, thank alot for adding the new devices! I changed to the test-version 2.0 and tried to add my X10 pro omni. But I get the answer „No new devices found“.

I tried using the wrong password and within a second got the message ‘No new devices found’. Did you use the correct username/password combination?

@Robin_van_Kekem let me know if everything works as expected

@Fabian_Annequin I added support for the new devices, can I get access to your S1 to test it out ?
