I have tried that. Based on that you have the long SSID-like adress, I asume you are running on a Homey PRO? Not Self Hosted Server? I think this is a SHS related problem.
The connect.athom.com domain is used for SHS as well, not only for Homey Pro.

This might be a port forwarding issue on docker level then. I think you need the network connection to bridged like Homey Pro does for apps.
Or forward the ports required into the running image.
So for anyone wondering. It turns out that there is port issue with the integration especially for self hosted homey. The StreamDeck plugin expects Homey to listen on port 80 which the sellf hosted service does not.
As temporary workaround you could prolly use some reverse proxy to route the traffic but for proper support this might require an update of the SD plugin to support custom port setting.

For the past few days, the application has been regularly stopping working. When I press a button on the Stream deck, nothing works. Iāve tried restarting the application or restarting the computer, and that doesnāt work either. The only thing that helps is restarting Homey Pro, which I am forced to do several times a day. Is there anything I can do to try to fix this?
Did you try restarting the homey app only?
It usually does not just stop working. Can you send a diag report next time this happens?
Yes, I had indeed tried simply restarting the app, but it didnāt help. However, I just tried the same thing that was suggested to me a few months ago when I had a roughly similar problem, except that there was also a yellow rectangle with an exclamation mark on the keys in question. What had been suggested was to restart my router. Thatās what I did today and for now it seems to be holding. So I hope this is indeed the definitive solution.
Interresting. If it is the name resolutio, the plugin allows using IP address on homey since a few updates ago too.
