Charger still frozen in homey. Works for couple of hours after deleted and add it back, then same problem. It freezes in homey. Why is it so hard to letting us use a older version @drenso??
Same here, no charging data or status updates here as well. On version 2.0.3. Car is charging with correct info in the Easee phone app, but shown in Homey as standby and no car connected.
Well, for starters, Homey does not support using olders versions, and secondly, the old version works even worse as that used an endpoint that isn’t available anymore.
Currently it looks like the issue only appears in systems where the charger is combined with the equalizer, but we still haven’t received our sample making it impossible for us to determine where the issue originates. We have been assured that the sample should arrive soon, but until then our hands are tied.
We just pushed version 2.0.4 which resolves an unrelated flow issue (which was already an issue since 2025), but that will reduce the amount of logging in the diagnostics reports. Maybe that will shed some light as to what happens on your sites.
Hi Jarno,
Here is the new diagnostic report after adding the device again
ec87a0d0-1de2-483a-9c46-20c47445065d
That is not correct. I do not have an equalizer, but I do have two chargers on the circuit, and I have this issue. I’ve sent you a new diagnostics report earlier today, but I suspect it might not reveal much.
You are absolutely right: the issue comes up when you have more than one Easee device, which we couldn’t test until about an hour ago. And that brings me to the good news, as we now have access to a site with multiple devices and were able to reproduce the issue! We are currently preparing v2.0.5 which should resolve the issues you are seeing, and it should become available later today.
It also fixes an issue where not all values were populated when a device was newly added.
We are also preparing v2.1.0 to be released afterwards, which will drop the old onoff capibility in favour of the newer evcharger_charging: this will remove the double on/off button in the device interface.
I belive it works!
I do now see data back in to my dashboard, as soon as 2.0.5 was installed. First time since V2xxx (Easee Max + Equalizer Amp). Lots of things to still test - But I belive there is very much light at the end of the tunnel.
Great work! ![]()
Hi Jarno, thank you for the quick solution, for now it’s working fine ![]()
Works for me too, so good job!
Seems to be working fine after 2.0.5 release and all values recieved. Will run a sampler on it +6 and +12 to see that it does not freeze up again. But looks promising! ![]()
thanks @drenso for the fix and hope my diagnostics etc helped.
The latest version is not working when using an (Advanced) Flow on the Homey.
The flow on the Homey still uses this: Awaiting Authentication.
The Charger is no longer using this after the update. It now uses: Waiting for Approval.
The Homey App. still needs adjusting on that point to get the Flow(s) working again.
