I like the new dashboard widget, but I can not use it yet. I’m owning a Cowboy Cross and it can not be selected in the widget configuration. Can you add support for the Cowboy Cross too? Do you need any information?

You do have your bike paired? If so: Give the app a restart, wait 5 minutes, then send me an app diagnostics report.

If pairing doesnt work, try pairing your bike, and send me an app diagnostics report after that

Wait, so your bike is showing normally as device? Did you look for the widget under ‘apps’ (not devices!)

Yes, my bike is a “device”. And yes, I look for the widget in “apps” and found both widgets. But if I choose “select bike” my device/bike is not shown. The list is empty.

Correct, but you should still be able to add the widget to a dashboard

You are absolutely right! I thought I’d to choose my bike, but yes - I can add the widget and the bike is shown correctly :face_with_peeking_eye:

Maybe you can add a Cross bike image too. But for now it’s working. Thank you!

I see the wrong bike image too. Seems to be the cruiser model, not the Cross.
Do you need a diagnostic report from me too?
