Really strange because everything else works. Is there any hint in log what should i look for?
The only thing I can say from the log is that Homey is making a request and the Shelly does not respond. Most likely cause is not using static IP addresses for your devices and the request is made to a different IP address, a misconfiguration in the network of the user or Homeyâs networking stack. You can probably solve this by following the troubleshoot guide from the first post.
I had one instance of a miss the last hours.
Homey Cloud, Shelly App v3.22.6
I have timer that turns Shelly Plug to off state at 4 am. This is a flow that rarely fails. It failed this morning.
Of course I sometimes get the Homey Cloud disconnect issue, but couldnâtâ see that that had happened now, all seams alive. Or could it be the new function that re-established connection that masked a period of disconnect?
Doesnt seem very likely but could be. If it happens more often now, send me a diagnostic report. For now it just seems a coincidence.
After todays Shelly update to 3.22.7 I saw that some devices were disconnected/not reachable. But they are reachable via the Shelly App. A restart of the Homey App re-connects all devices and then after 1-2 Minutes, they disconnect again. Not sure if this was a problem with some of the previous updates as well that happened in the last couple of days. The report code is 37dbbf50-ee54-460a-8c59-516b35223689
According to the log there are a Shelly i3 and a Shelly 3EM, both paired with a deprecated driver which Homey can not reach. You should follow the troubleshooting guide from the first post for that.
There is one error in there that could indicate a coding issue but I wont look into that as I do not support these deprecated drivers anymore. If you re-paired them with the generic driver that replaced this device specific drivers and you still experience issue feel free to report back.
Thanks
Just had an app crash with v3.22.7.
Homey Cloud could not gererate diagnostic report, or at least I failed to generate one.
Worked again after re-installation.
Hi, I just tried adding PRO3EM again and it finally shows as a smart meter in Homey Energy panel.
Thx man, good job!
Amazing, especially since I havent changed this yet. It slipped of my todo list somwhere and the device is still added with the socket device class. Apparently this is not the reason why it didnt show as energy meter.
In this case i dont know why does it work, the change has occured only after last update of our shelly app.
Is Shelly Plus i4 Controller suppoerted on Homey Pro 2023 ?
i4 Working for me perfectly.
Hi.
I have a shelly lus 2PM.
But I canât see the status of the inputs, what am I doing wrong?
For starters, you didnt read the instructions from the first post.
Either you have the inputs configured as buttons (that do not have a state) or you are looking in the wrong place for the buttons events.
This week I installed one Wave 2PM device.
Do I see it correctly, that there is no way to see the button events of this device?
It would be very sad. Is there something that can be done about this?
Is this the same with other manufacturers z-wave devices?
Can you please check why all my Shelly devices are not working with Homey from today on. Diagnostic report: 13563df3-9074-434b-83e8-c7e9a462d1a0
Updates works normally, just operating manually or with flows is not working anymore.
I already forced restart od the Shelly app with reinstall of the app without luck.
Read the known issues from the first post, up to Athom to fix.
Is anything that I can do to fix this problem? I already try to reinstall the app and also use try to repair button, but without luck.
This is really frustrating because now nothing is working and the whole automation is done on Homey.
App crashed two times in a row. Diagnostic report: 45749394-d58b-4611-84f1-c8fbdad91adc
