Your report was empty, so I couldn’t really tell what was going on. I don’t recognize this issue. Which version? Which Homey?

Have you tried reinstalling the app?

Wrong location could be a reason.
For my location in the middle of The Netherlands it seems to be okay.

Hi. Of If I change to Groningen it returns different values. Setting at Leiden (close by) gives same values as Oegstgeest. Reinstalling breaks many flows, huge time effort. Hope there are other options to fix this.

NO worries, i understand the need for more information if the diagnostic has 0 info in it. I was able to solve the issue without reinstalling. (Homey cloud user at the moment)

go to app settings
change location to any other city in the country
refresh the data via the button
change location to your own city again
Refresh the data via the button
Magic! no need to reinstall the app

@Woltie_r A reinstall does not affect your flows. You should not uninstall and then reinstall the app.
If there is a update of the app you also have not to repair anything.

Hi Mike, how? I can deinstall the device but that gives me broken flows. Restarting the app didn’t work.

Adding new device gives me the same values.

Install the app like you did it the first time. Go to the Homey app page, select the KNMI app and click on Install.
The app will be installed on Home] again. If there was a problem with the app, it is now installed like the first time.
All the flows are still working.

Thanks a lot. Did reinstall yesterday but today still giving me low values. Today max 18 degrees where 23 is predicted.

Yesterday and today i got 3 messages from KNMI on my timeline. It says "if you are an existing user, you need to check your flows above version 4.1.0! see the app topic and then a link to this forum.

This is for me. But wehat should I check? In my flows I use KNMI as a trigger or as a logic/variabel.

PS when you go the app in Homey, under flows it only shows flows that use KNMI as a truigger. Not the ones that use the logics/values.
