[APP][Pro][Cloud] KMI (Belgium)

Hi,

I’m having exactly the same issue

. I’m trying to use the remaining maximum temperature for Eke (Nazareth) in my flows, but no values are being displayed when I set up the logic card for actions.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Restarted my Homey Pro 2023 multiple times.
  • Verified my location and settings.
  • Compared the values from the KMI website, and they seem to match what I expect.
  • Consulted the Facebook Homey community, but they couldn’t help me.

When I test the card, I also receive an error (see attached photo). I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if it’s an issue with the app. Could anyone offer some advice on how to fix this?

Nice app, I’m using it for several flows already.

I’m just wondering: would it be possible to add the units to the values?

For example, I see now this for the expected rain in my place:

I’m quite sure that there won’t be 50 mm of rain today, so I’m really wondering where this value comes from.

For tomorrow it even gives a value of 90:

I have more the impression that this is the chance of rain that is displayed. Hence it would be extremely useful to display the units.

It seems I cannot find anything back about the expected amount of rain for the next days. This would be extremely useful for my use cases.

Thé app is not correct now in Schoten is more then 25° and in de app is now 21,6°,

Is also not frequently enough,

The KMI app no longer works: all data in the KMI device is either 0 or blank.

When checking the KMI app - Configure - Monitor, the message “knmi.betteruptime.com has refused the connection” appears.

I have already reinstalled the app, but without any results.

Hi Leon, it looks like the app KNMI stopped 2 days ago en KMI stoppen 3 days ago. In collecting data from the server an error message is generated: “Could not trigger Flow card with id “received-new-data”: Invalid value for token “windDirectionDegrees”. Expected number but got object” It looks like I have two sets of windrichting, one text and one in grads, but seems to be the same, which of course is not possible. As a result no data is collected. As I do not use the “winddirection”, which makes it a bit frustrating also :wink:

I have thesame issue. No solution yet?

Api problem fixed. Data comes in again instead of 0 values

I’m still having 0 values after a while.

Restart the app solves the issue but … not for long.

Its working again.

Dont know if its a fault in the app or i dont understand it well enough but:
I have a card that says evry 20 min, renew data. but it seems not to work.
It refreshes @ random.
I know the card works becaus i now get evry 20 min an nonification thats says it does work.
( i had i there to test the evry 20 min worked)

I’ve just tested the KMI app and it is working. What I understood, if I’m not wrong, is that if you schedule every 20 minutes, this means you do 3 * 24 is 72 request per day. When Léon van der Linden (owner of the app) has negotiated unlimited calls with ‘weerlive.nl’ for the app, then that should be no problem, but a normal user can make 300 calls. So if more as 4 users use the same number of calls (5 * 72 = 360 calls) then ‘weerlive.nl’ will not accept anymore calls from that ‘user’.

I think i’ve missed that bit of info, ill set it at 1hour and see if that works.
because if i check now its at random intervals.
