Hi.
I believe this is a valid question; however, I believe the Heimdall app developer would be a better target for proposing this new feature.
Can you describe a bit more detailed on whatâs going on?
Also, you refer to âdevelco / frientâ, but which app do you use? frient app or Develco Products app?
Hi all,
I have installed an intelligent keypad. It works very well in combination with Heimdall.
Only thing, its battery level displayed in Homey is unknown, i.e. a question mark â?â is displayed.
Some suggestions on how to make it display correctly?
Thank you in advance for your kind help
I just added a siren but it's stuck on this
with an exclamation point. I have also
run the standard routine of resetting
the device by holding the button down for 15 seconds.
Severalt times.
@krl69 An update to the Frient app will be released today (evening) that will solve this issue.
Nice, thanx!
The initialization issues should be fixed with the release of 2.6.4 version of the Frient app.
The cause of the issue was not related to the latest app update, but triggered by a change in Homey SW (12.8.2), which was released to stable a few days ago.
Great, now it works as it should.
But I have created a flow that triggers an alarm. Set it to beep for 60 minutes if a water leak occurs. But if I press the button on the siren itself, it doesnât stop. Or is there a special way to press the button on the siren, e.g. by holding it down for x number of seconds or double-pressing etc. to make it stop?
All my smoke detectors no longer indicate temperature.
Furthermore, they work and have connection
Anyone have an idea? c9e5cbc9-1411-42bb-b27f-0b0415c4d431
Also one smoke alarm was losing his connection but I canât read it
After months of using, all of the sudden, electricity meter left the zigbee network. Anybody experienced same issue these days? What might be the reason? Week batteries? Thanks for the reply.
@frient Hi
I love my new Frient Motion Sensor Pro. I use it in combination with my Homey. Is it possible to adjust the sensitivity of the motion sensor? I appreciate your answer. Kind regards.
The sensor has disconnected again. However, I noticed that despite the error message stating that the sensor left the Zigbee network, it seems to reconnect on its own and update data normally. All flows dependent on this data are still working.
The issue seems to be that the sensor does not support the rejoin/reconnect function properly. Every time it disconnects, it throws this error message and cannot be reconnected using the re-pair function; it has to be fully reset.
Is there any way to fix this, or could you please take a look at it? Thank you in advance for your help.
Did you already try to get in touch with the developer of the app / reporting this bug to them? ![]()
Well, isnât this forum supposed to serve as a connection point between users and developers? Since more users are reporting bugs and errors, I would expect someone to take care of them. Not to mention that most Frient products are recommended as top choices to buy.
This is the Homey Community Forum, it can indeed serve as a place where developers, users, and Homey employees can meet and exchange ideas. However, itâs not an official support channel.
For issues like this, itâs best to contact the developer directly via the Support section linked on the appâs page in the Homey App Store ![]()
For issues with the devices itself it of course might be easiest to reach out directly to frient support directly.
