Hi all, I made an app for Atmoce solar and battery systems (M-Combiner MC100 / MC100-T, M-Gateway MG100). Homey talks to the gateway on your own network over Atmoce’s official Modbus TCP interface, without the cloud.
What you get
- Solar panels, home battery and grid meter in Homey Energy
- Battery control from Flows: charge or discharge at X W, to a level or for N minutes, and limits for charging, discharging, export, import and solar production
- Solar surplus cards, to start appliances when there is power to spare (battery first)
- An Energy flow dashboard widget
- Timeline messages for faults, grid outages and gateway firmware updates
Quick start
- Atmozen app → Settings → 3rd Party System → turn on Modbus-TCP.
- Homey → Devices → + → Atmoce: add the solar panels, battery and grid meter. Homey finds the gateway by itself.
- Want Homey to charge the battery from the grid? Atmozen → Battery working mode → turn on Grid recharging. Without it, the battery only charges from the sun, whatever Homey asks. The power you set there is a ceiling.
- Discharging into the grid needs Export power to grid in the same screen.
- Homey Energy: keep the Atmoce grid meter as your only main meter. Exclude other meters (Linky, P1) from the total.
The MC100L (Lite) has no local interface and is not supported.
