I managed! 
Here is the Flow that is now working:
After some tests I found the sentence that works in Italian:
- Ā«Alexa, answer at āIngresso principaleāĀ»
It was probably just a language problem, I had to use āanswer atā instead of āspeak whitā.
I had to remove āon Echo Showā because ā I donāt know how ā it made me ask by Echo Show who I wanted to call between the two Contacts shown on the display.
For me this is a big step towards improved autonomy!
In the next few days, when I will have stable help at home, I will try to improve the Flow by inserting time slots in āAndā¦ā; while at other times of the day I will try to divert the video dorbell calls to an Echo Dot.

Not sure if you saw my other message but Iāve ordered up a new Echo Show 5 (3rd Gen) to donate to the project for ongoing development. I saw a few compaints/frustrations where you do not have the kit to add but Iām sure if everyone in the community donated a small amout we could get the hardware donated to you for ongoing support rather than leave a negative review (just my personal thoughts).
The App is great and working very well for me - defo 5 stars.
One other question, some of the newer Alexa devices have a presence capability, is there a chance of adding this to a flow card (if its possible of course).

Echo Dot (Gen2)
Your Alexa device will play the āsearch for thingsā¦ā sound doesnāt work as the drop down list is empty and shows No results foundā¦ I used to be able to select the door bell chime previously.

Pardon for the pun, but I just want to Echo what @Darrell_Etherington said @Jamie. Selfishly I want the 3rd gen Echo Show 5ās added, but Iām deffo good at donating for good things and this looks like itās going to be a good thing (Got my old Dots connected but havenāt started to use the app/flows yet).

Hi Jamie, I have purchased a Gen5 Echo during the Prime day sales as well! Great bargain, I might add.
Itās white, with a clock function. And thanks to the Homey skill on Alexa, I can configure the device to start Homey flows through routines and all.
Until now, the device is not able to use in a flow where Iād like to let it speak into a different language with a specific voice. But since you also purchased a Gen5, Iām sure that a solution for this is near.
Until then: a BIG SHOUT OUT for all your efforts in the development of this highly appreciated Homey app!

Thank you for the offer, its actually fairly quick and easy to add new devices if I access to the device. If you are looking to donate though - its best from the australian amazon site amazon.com.au website, (As we have different voltage / plugs). Not to mention much better exchange rate and cheap postage.
Andy, I just tested it on a gen3 dot and it is working still, im not sure where I have placed my gen2 as I dont use it in my house anymore. Are you able to take a video of your issue? Note the list shows up empty ā¦ and you need to start typing for anything to show.
I think only the echo dots have a clock? I am still planning on adding the new echo, but I have just started a new job and its been a crazy couple of months. Ill have a lull in Aug to add my new devices to this app, a small alteration to the group app, and I also have a new (tool) app which I have been using and I am thinking of publishing.
Perhaps Homey might consider donating some units to developers to encourage further development??
Damo, Iām finding the Echo 5 3rd Gen pretty good so far so fingers crossed I can get a unit over to Jamie to help out with adding them. You will love the advanced flow when you start using it, very powerful.

Are you using the latest version? You can try opening up then sounds, clicking on the seaccch box, type ābellā and then send me a diagnostic - but also a video would be helpful. Because I noticed that your search box in the image was still empty ā¦ You can see in my image I have written āDoorā

For me no problem with play sound option. with echo show 8 and echo dot 3(2eme generation)

Glad itās working for you but itās not working for me. Iāve tried reinstalling the app but same thingā¦ Even entering data in the search field does not bring up any results (attached)

Interestingly, Iām having the same issue with the aqara app that has search field with no results.

Is it the case with you that when you first set up the Alexa app on the Homey when you log in with the mail/password, an error message from Amazon appears (404) - then it doesnāt go any further and no devices are found. maybe thatās the case with you too?

You seem to use an Amazon account, not an Amazon Alexa account? (no Alexa user here , but the screenshots in post #1 look different):
Best to use your mobile and only when on the local network.
@Peter_Kawa @Jamie - Thank you for your answers. Iāve tried again several times with the login and now it finally worked - the echo devices appear in homey and can be controlled - thank you very much 
Hi Jamie. Would it be possible to set up a GoFundMe, for example, as a āvolunteerā to develop for the Echo Show 5 (Gen 3), setting the goal to meet the cost of the device plus shipping, then sharing the link? Obviously you could do this for any device being requested. This was people can make micro, small, medium, large etc. contributions to any given devices rather than a huge outlay for any one individual.
Just an idea that seems like a win-win for all
